I don't know what it is, but there is just something about the first few snowflakes that I love. Warm fires, baking lots of cookies and candies, lots of yummy meals, Christmas shopping, Christmas music, putting up the tree, and of course Christmas Day...the magic of the season. There is snow flying in the air as I type. I just love it!
As the winter approaches, I can't help but think that Halle will be 1 in December, and Sophie will be 3 in January! It's just crazy how fast the time goes.
I had those same feelings today when I saw the snow, too! I actually did some Christmas shopping online :)

Corbin was looking so forward to seeing the snow and we were talking about it and it nevered snowed down here! Ah, he was so bummed. I do love the snow too.
