Josh Update
He is much worse today. He has been running a 102 degree temp. They snuck him in the back door of the doctor's office today (they won't let him in the main area) to check for pnemonia and officially diagnose him. The doctor said he is the textbook case of chicken pox. He saw 1 case a year ago in a man his age. So, it is pretty rare to get this at 31. He was clear of pnemonia and now is waiting the 7-10 day running of the symptoms. He is starting to get more itchy and spots are everywhere. He says there are 1,000s. :) He says he feels like there are 100s on his scalp. Poor thing! I am trying to get a picture! :) Please keep praying for a speedy process and that the situation won't get more serious! There are concerns as you get older.

Sorry to hear that he is getting worse. Chicken Pox are no fun at any age. You all will be in my prayers and I hope he starts to feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteI have never had them either. Crazy huh. My brother and sister had them at the same time while I was young but I never did get them. Plus my younger sister eventually got them and I still never did. I thought I was in the clear......YIKES!
