I attended Todd's Memorial service today with Holly. Thank you, Holly, for driving up from Indy to join me! You are such a special friend, and I couldn't have done it alone. It was great to finally be able to give Todd's parents, siblings, and his wife Melissa a hug. Even though I was not a part of Todd's life for the past 11 years, it was still heartbreaking to be there. I trust that he is enjoying his eternal life, but it's still so sad to see someone so young leave the earth. He and Melissa had a young marriage with a lot of memories to create. I pray that Melissa can somehow fill the void in her heart that is there today.
