Memorial Day Weekend 2006

We had a great Memorial Day weekend! Nice and long! On Friday night, we just hung out at the house. Fridays are our cherished nights together as a family. On Saturday, we went over to my Mom's house for a cookout and bonfire. We stayed late and put the girls down there. We just had Sophie stay all night and we got Halle up and took her home with us. My Mom took Sophie to the zoo on Sunday morning for a little bit and then brought her home. On Sunday, we headed over to my Dad and Margy's home for another cookout with the family.
Sophie played ball with the boys. She really likes tee-ball. She would just barely knock it off the tee, but she was so proud of herself.
The weather was beautiful, so we were able to play outside a lot. We filled up the pool and lathered on the sunscreen! It was so hot and sunny!
On Monday, we celebrated Josh's Mom's 63rd birthday at our home with his family. Happy Birthday, Linda! It was a great time and we are so blessed to have her in our lives.
