Back to School!
Well, the 2006-2007 school year has started for us, and I am returning to my job-share position. We looped with our class, so I am teaching the 4th grade this year. I am working in the mornings and will be teaching math and science. My job-share partner is pregnant and due in January. She will be taking the rest of the school year off, and I will be doing her maternity leave. So, I will be working full-time for a good part of the year. We are very blessed this year to have Josh's mom watching the girls on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They will only be going to daycare on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It feels very good to have Monday over with, and I am looking forward to getting the children on Wednesday. I love teaching, Covington, our students, my friends at work, and my job-share partner! I don't know very many people who can say they love their job, and I can. I feel very blessed!

You are right. There aren't too many teachers who can say that they love their job. That is great that you do. It makes you a better teacher!
