A great weekend...

...and no pictures to prove it! We had such a fun weekend. It started on Friday night with us going over to Ryan and Tobie's house (our great friends and neighbors). We had a little cookout with several friends. It's so much fun now that our kids run around and play with each other. Then Saturday morning, my mom, the girls, and I went to the Johnny Appleseed Festival first thing in the morning. We enjoyed shopping for Fall items, eating chicken and noodles, and Sophie got her face painted. Then, at 1pm, Josh, Sophie, and I headed to Indianapolis. Sophie fell asleep as soon as we got in the car and woke up when we arrived to downtown Indy. Halle went home with my mom. We stayed at the Omni downtown. We went to a Huntington North football game on Saturday night. On Sunday, we got up and walked to breakfast downtown, and then went back to the hotel to swim. Josh headed off to meet some friends at the Colt's game while Sophie and I went to Circle Center mall and met my wonderful friend, Jill, for some shopping. I taught with Jill in Indianapolis. Then Sophie and I went back to the hotel around 1:30 and took a 2 hour nap! It was so nice having time with just Sophie. It was strange when I would look down at the stroller and only have a single one. It took me an hour or so to get used to it. You know when you are expecting water in your cup and it's really Sprite. Well, that's how it felt! :) My mom had a great time with Halle. They got some bonding in. We missed Halle a lot, but really enjoyed the time with Soph!
