Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our home to yours! We hope your year was filled with lots of laughter and fun times! We hope you have created memories that will last a lifetime. We watched our 2006 video footage tonight, and we are amazed at the memories we made in 2006. We teared up while watching, and we can't wait to see what this year holds for us!
Some of our highlights include:- The birth of Halle at the end of 2005 led to an amazing year of growth and good health.
- Sophie grew leaps and bounds. I am blown away by how much she has grown and matured.
- Josh's new position has been a blessing to our family. He is doing a wonderful job and enjoying the new challenges.
- I have loved working part-time teaching the 4th grade. I am preparing to head into my final semester working full-time as my job-share partner is on maternity leave. Maybe expect less blogging January - June!! :) Or maybe I will surprise you!!!
- 2006 was a good year for health in our family. We hope and pray it will continue for a while!
- I cannot finds the words that would thank our parents enough for all they have done for us throughout the year. They shower the girls with more love than you could imagine, and they provide us time to be alone with each other. We love you!!!
Cheers to 2006, and here we come 2007!!!
It is amazing how time goes so fast. I have found it goes faster with children and how busy we are with all of their activities. The kids change so much from year to year. I am looking forward to 2007 as well!
