I am not kidding when I say that my girls would spend all day outside if I let them. They just love it.
This spring has been so great because I can let them play out back alone for a bit while I am inside getting dinner together. Of course, I never take my eyes off of them. :) Halle is doing so well on her own, and Sophie loves the company this year.
I looked out the other night and I saw both of them squeezed in this car! How adorable.
Halle enjoys riding her tractor. They also sit in the sandbox for long periods of time together. It is so nice. I know we are going to have a great summer. Their ages are great!
My kitchen window looks out into the back yard and with the fence I leave Ian and Anna out there for short periods. They love the independence I think. Anna enjoys eating the sand though and it is blue....colors everything.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it so nice to be able to let the kids go outside to play? I can leave Krue out there for short periods on his own...Madman Kiefer needs a close eye every second. I caught him trying to stand up on Krue's tricycle and eating mulch the other day, yum!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good thing Ella's not that adventurous, since we don't have a fence. It's awesome that they love the outdoors so much - that's where I grew up.
