Polls

HI! I wanted to take a moment to respond to the polls on the side before I deleted them.

Do you have a breadmaker?
I want one, but I just don't know if I'll use it. I'm trying to become more thrifty with making homemade, whole grain, healthy foods - and storing up. We eat a lot of bread and homemade pizzas, so I thought it sounded like a good idea. I just don't want to regret the purchase. I still haven't made up my mind with what I'll do. But your feedback helps! Thank you.

Do you Spring Clean?
Most of you said that you do Spring Clean or you'd like to. If you need some organization and/or structure, I will figure out how to share my guide with you. Just let me know. Well, I try to stay up on my house all the time, but I was inspired by a Spring Cleaning Guide from Simple Mom. I purchased the guide, but I haven't used it yet! :) I've used some of the homemade recipes for cleaning products in the back. Love those!! Preparing for our Garage Sale in April took up all of my free time - but, it was SO worth it! I feel VERY organized the moment, and I may Spring Clean this summer. One thing I like about the guide is that you can use it any time of the year. I'll let you know how it goes. :)

Have you seen the movie Fireproof?
7 out of 10 have watched it. Josh and I watched it together. His secretary - a wonderful woman - encouraged us to watch it. She actually loaned it to us... My opinion, kind of cheesy actors, but amazing message! I would encourage every couple to watch it together! I TOTALLY AGREE with the message. A marriage is so much stronger with God in the center. A woman needs LOVE and a man needs RESPECT. Just look past the cheesy acting (at times) and listen to the message. :)

Do you have anything else to add regarding these polls?

Well, there you have it! I will post new polls soon. I just love them!

  1. I have a breadmaker! Once we move in, I'd be more than happy to let you borrow it to try one out and see if you really like having one before you spend the money on one!

  2. Jon and I did the Fireproof bible study with a few other couples from Church, again pretty cheesy, however very good, and it led to many great conversations. PS we have a bread maker, and unlike you we don't eat a lot of bread, so we do not use it much. However if you get one buy your yeast at Sams club...so much cheaper.
