Sophie got an easel for Christmas, and it has been such a hit! For the first week or so she would start painting first thing in the morning. It wore off a bit for a while, and now she is back to painting again.
I got her a variety of utensils to use. She has sponges, cookie cutters, a variety of brushes, a palette, lots of colors, chalk, dry erase markers, and all sorts of paper. Our walls are covered with her artwork. I just love it! 
I try to encourage Sophie to paint when Halle is napping because Halle grabs EVERYTHING! That is a whole other story that I will write about soon! sigh! :)
Love the Easel pictures. Sophie looks like she really enjoys it...what a great way to explore her creativity.
