I just wanted to take a quick moment to THANK YOU all for leaving comments on my "tired" post and for encouraging me! :)
Isn't it wonderful to know we're not alone in this journey?
I also want to say that I could not do this with my GOD - JESUS! I also could not do it without all of YOU - MY FRIENDS!
I believe that these seasons and moments draw me closer to God and draw me closer to all of You.
I love it that I can be authentic with you all and you are still there to encourage me.
I am not a complainer or whiner, so it's hard for me to get to the point where I'm letting you all in on that.
However, I think it's dangerous to lead you all to believe that we're perfect!

How could we do this alone?
I love that my God gives me peace in the rain and that my friends encourage me to draw closer to Him when I'm losing my mind or being a bit ugly.
What more could I ask for?
Myah, if I thought you were perfect, I wouldn't want to read this. It's actually MORE encouraging to read about the highs and lows, so, as you said, you know others are going through it!

ReplyDeleteIt's taken me a long time... but I have learned that it is all in the way we interpret our personal situations. Just like some people view the rain as a dissapointment, frustration, pain in the rear... while others view it as beautiful, spiritual, and needed!
